Keeley Aleman

Keeley Aleman was appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Waters Corporation in 2019. Keeley joined Waters Corporation in 2006 as the Assistant General Counsel and in her time at Waters, she has served in various roles, including as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, Associate General Counsel, and Assistant General Counsel for Waters advising on business transactions, commercial strategies, international development, intellectual property, compliance, corporate governance, and organizational matters. Keeley earned her B.A., with honors, from University of California at Davis and received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law. Massachusetts’s Lawyer Weekly recognized Keeley in 2017’s Top Women of the Law.
