Jess Lee

Jess Lee (she/her), is the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Director at Waters. She is dedicated to providing inclusive spaces for learning, challenging, and growth. She has experience leading DEI and anti-racism work at various local and national non-profits focusing on ensuring that people with multivariate identities feel about to bring their full selves to work. Outside work, Jess is an avid reader, loves spending time outside with her family and is a certified yoga teacher.
