Excellent Recovery in Protein Sample Prep or Purifications

AccellPlus™ ion exchange packings consist of 40 μm, 300Å polymer-coated silica-based materials for either sample preparation or preparative chromatography using Waters PrepPak Cartridges or Waters Advanced Purification Columns.

AccellPlus is available in two offerings:

QMA strong anion-exchanger
CM weak cation-exchanger

AccellPlus Sep-Pak Sample Prep Cartridges

Packed with AccellPlus, these disposable cartridges provide a rapid, economical means to clean up heavily contaminated samples that would damage a high-resolution LC column. These devices, available in a variety of configurations, can also be used to rapidly scout separation conditions prior to migrating to preparative scale chromatography.

AccellPlus QMA and CM Bulk Media

Waters AccellPlus QMA and CM Bulk Media are polymer-coated, silica-based media of 37-55 µm particles with 300Å pores. Each offering is available in both 100 and 500 gram quantities. AccellPlus media is prepared by a patented copolymerization process that encapsulates the rigid silica base with a hydrophilic bonding layer and a highly stable cross-linked functional layer, making it ideally suited for biomolecule purifications.
