Product Description

nanoEase M/Z Symmetry C18 Trap Column, 100Å, 5 µm, 300 µm X 50 mm columns are designed for optimal performance for nano- to micro scale liquid chromatographic separation, offering the highest possible sensitivity, resolution and reproducibility for biomarker discovery and protein identification and characterization. The 300 µm ID columns are built utilizing a ultra low dispersion column design and offer the same simplicity of use as more traditional columns. Like all M/Z columns they withstand 15kpsi operating pressure and handle pressure fluctuations during injection extremely well and thus provide superior longevity. In order to achieve maximum performance, it is important to ensure that proper connections are made to minimize peak tailing and poor efficiency. This specific offering contains Waters patented BEH Technology 100Å pore, C18, 5um particles.

Suggested Uses: Bottom-up Proteomics, Nano-flow, Trap and Elute

nanoEase M/Z Symmetry C18 Trap Column, 100Å, 5 µm, 300 µm X 50 mm, 1/pk

Deliver outstanding performance for liquid chromatographic separation at the nano- to micro-scale by using the nanoEase M/Z Symmetry C18 Trap Column. The lab equipment provides the highest sensitivity, resolution, and repeatability for the identification and characterization of proteins and the development of biomarkers.

The nanoEase M/Z Symmetry C18 Trap Column offers the same ease of usage as more conventional columns and was constructed using an ultra-low dispersion design. Waters' patented BEH Technology 100A pore, C18, 5µum particles are present in the form of the nanoEase M/Z Symmetry C18 Trap Column that is listed here. This special combination makes it possible to achieve maximum performance since it makes sure that the right connections are formed to reduce peak tailing and inefficient operation.

The nanoEase M/Z Symmetry C18 Trap Column has been engineered to sustain high operational pressures, as well as to handle pressure changes during injection with ease. The column can offer improved longevity because of this. The ZenFit connector, a simple, tool-free, fingertight liquid connection, is also included with the nanoEase M/Z Symmetry C18 Trap Column. As a result, the reproducible, leak-free connections that characterize nanoEase M/Z columns are produced. Due to the lab equipment's potential to significantly reduce flow-path-induced variability in chromatographic findings, this also brings a high degree of simplicity in the creation of crucial nano- and microflow UPLC fluid connections. The fittings can be used with valves that are compatible with Rheodyne/Vici as well as Waters V-Detail ports.

You may also want to learn more in detail about the MassPREP Enolase Digestion Standard. Trypsin of sequencing grade is used to digest yeast enolase (SwissProt P00924) to create the Waters MassPREP Enolase digestion standard. No standard protein, trypsin, or other hydrophilic substances are present in the finished protein digest. The performance evaluation of HPLC columns, high-performance liquid chromatography, and mass spectrometry equipment used for the analysis of this class of substances are just a few of the uses for MassPREPTM Protein Digestion Standards.
