The Internal Standard contains the following analytes:
■ Ascomycin
■ [13C2 2H4]-Everolimus
■ [2H12]-Cyclosporin A
Ascomycin is used as the internal standard for tacrolimus and sirolimus whereas [13C2 2H4]-everolimus and [2H12]-cyclosporin A are used for the analysis of everolimus
and cyclosporin A, respectively.
