RapiFluor-MS Quantitative Glycan Standard

The RapiFluor-MS Quantitative Test Standard (RapiFluor-MS -TPTTQSSVSSQTTR-OH) is intended to be used to quantify absolute amounts of RapiFluor-MS labeled analytes using fluorescence response and to assess the yields and proficiency of sample preparations. Each vial of RapiFluor-MS Quantitative Test Standard contains a lyophilized, highly purified synthetic peptide that has been derivatized with a single RapiFluor-MS label. It is purposefully designed to elute via HILIC chromatography with a GU (glucose unit) value of approximately 4. It is QC-tested to ensure that it is quantitatively packaged at 100 pmol per vial.
