The Waters BioResolve Peptide Phenyl-Hexyl+ RP Column, MaxPeak Premier Technology, MVK, SPP, 1.6 µm, 230 Å, 2.1 × 150 mm is designed for the separation of GLP-1 receptor agonists (GLP-1 RAs), insulin, and other large peptides. This is a Method Validation Kit (MVK) that includes three columns from three different batches. Each batch is optimized and QC-tested with GLP-1 RAs and insulin to ensure reproducible performance for large peptide separations. The Phenyl-Hexyl+ chemistry provides unique selectivity by combining reversed-phase and π–π interactions. Its 230 Å large-pore, positively supercharged superficially porous particle (SPP) enhances resolution of critical pairs in complex peptide mixtures. The column also incorporates MaxPeak Premier Technology hardware, improving reproducibility, peak shape, and recovery for metal-sensitive analytes. This column delivers high resolution, improved sensitivity, faster run times, and reduced secondary interactions, supporting robust peptide analysis from development through QC.
