The Waters BioResolve C18 RP Trap Column, MaxPeak Premier Technology, 5 µm, 100Å Symmetry 300 µm x 50mm is the MaxPeak Premier hardware version of the nanoEase M/Z Symmetry C18 Trap Column, 100Å, 5 µm, 300 µm X 50 mm (p/n:186009250). It is  intended for use as a general-purpose reversed-phase trap column that can be used ahead of BioResolve 0.3 mm ID reversed-phase analytical columns, including those containing BEH and HSS sorbents.  It offers high sensitivity, resolution, and reproducibility for biomarker discovery, protein identification, and characterization, and can withstand up to 15,000 psi operating pressure, as well as pressure fluctuations during injection, offering excellent longevity. For optimal performance, ensure proper connections are made to minimize peak tailing and improve efficiency.  This column utilizes our MaxPeak Premier hardware, which delivers the chromatographic performance expected from our particle technologies while increasing reproducibility, peak shape, and recovery for metal-sensitive analytes.
