The Waters GTxResolve Oligonucleotide C18 RP Column, MaxPeak Premier Technology, 1.7 µm, 130 Å, BEH, 1.0 x 50 mm, is used to separate oligonucleotides via ion-pairing reversed-phase (IP-RP) chromatography on UPLC systems. Each column incorporates Waters' BEH hybrid particle technology for unmatched pH and temperature stability and our MaxPeak Premier high-performance surface technology for ultra-low non-specific adsorption.  Stationary-phase batches are also QC-tested using the Waters MassPREP Oligonucleotide Standard (p/n 186004135) to ensure lot-to-lot performance.  Premier Oligonucleotide BEH Columns provide unmatched sensitivity, exquisite reproducibility, and excellent out-of-the-box performance.
