As a workhorse for method development, XBridge Premier BEH C18 sorbent in the 3.5 µm, 4.6 x 50 mm, Column can be used over an entire range of mobile phase pH (1-12). The trifunctionally bonded C18 ligand provides you with a universal column for most LC separations and gives you the widest usable pH range, superior low pH stability, and ultra-low column bleed. XBridge Premier 3.5 µm Columns enable exceptional separation performance, robustness and throughput for HPLC assays while enabling a seamless transition path toward UPLC adoption. XBridge Premier Columns use MaxPeak High Performance Surface hardware technology which significantly reduces unwanted analyte/surface interactions that can lead to poor peak shape and losses in signal intensity. This column comes equipped with an electronic eConnect column tag containing unique column-specific information. These NFC-enabled device-tagged columns were developed to automatically identify, track and digitally trace column use history. eConnect columns can be used on any HPLC, but its advantages are unlocked when used with the Waters Alliance iS and Alliance iS Bio System running Empower software.
