"BioResolve SCX mAb Column, 3 µm, 4.6 mm x 50 mm corrosion-resistant columns which contain non-porous, polymer-based particles grafted with a rigorously-optimized, multi-component network of negatively charged sulfonic acid ligands. This innovative column technology, delivers reproducible, high-resolution, charged-based separations of mAbs and other proteins in both LC and LC-MS applications using robust salt or pH gradient methods. Each batch is specifically QC tested using Waters mAb Charge Variant Standard (P/N 186009065) to help ensure consistent performance. Note: P/N 176004347 contains above plus one vial of the mAb Charge Variant Standard (P/N 186009065) Suggested Use: Charge Variant Analysis. This column comes equipped with an electronic eConnect column tag containing unique column-specific information. These NFC-enabled device-tagged columns were developed to automatically identify, track and digitally trace column use history. eConnect columns can be used on any HPLC, but its advantages are unlocked when used with the Waters Alliance iS and Alliance iS Bio System running Empower software."
