GlycoWorks RapiFluor-MS N-Glycan Eco Basic Kit - Automation

The GlycoWorks RapiFluor-MS N-Glycan Eco Basic Kit – Automation has been designed for use with automated platforms enabling high-throughput glycoprotein sample preparation for analysis of N-glycans with minimal user intervention. This protocol is validated using monoclonal antibodies and has also been tested to perform for a wide range of other N-linked glycoproteins. All reagents in the kit are scaled to residual volumes needed for many automated instrumentation allowing for versatility when choosing your platform. GlycoWorks RapiFluor-MS N-Glycan Eco Kits replace DMF with a greener, safer, alternative (DMSO), as a Reagent Solvent for the RapiFluor-MS Reagent Label and remove any other DMF containing solutions. The basic version of the kits contains everything except the GlycoWorks Sample Collection Module for automation for users who want to use their own consumables for their automation platform.
