The Waters BioResolve Peptide C18 RP Column, MaxPeak Premier Technology, 1.7 µm, 300Å, BEH, 300 µm x 100 mm is the MaxPeak Premier hardware version of the nanoEase M/Z Peptide BEH C18 Column, 300Å, 1.7 µm, 300 µm X 100 mm (p/n:186009264). It is specially optimized and QC tested with cytochrome c digest standards (p/n: 186006371) for peptide separations. The wide-pore (300Å) trifunctionally bonded BEH particle offers the widest usable pH range, superior low pH stability, and ultra-low column bleed to assay samples for especially large peptides in proteomics, protein characterization, and peptide synthesis. 0.3 mm ID columns are recommended for use with low dispersion nanoflow or microflow systems, especially for LC-MS methods. This column utilizes our MaxPeak Premier hardware, which delivers the chromatographic performance expected from our particle technologies while increasing reproducibility, peak shape, and recovery for metal-sensitive analytes.
