The GlycoWorks RapiFluor-MS N-Glycan Eco Script Starter Kit – Automation has been designed for use with automated platforms enabling high-throughput glycoprotein sample preparation for analysis of N-glycans with minimal user intervention. This protocol is validated using monoclonal antibodies and has also been tested to perform for a wide range of other N-linked glycoproteins. All reagents in the kit are scaled to residual volumes needed for many automated instrumentation allowing for versatility when choosing your platform. The kit is in a 2 x 48 format. GlycoWorks RapiFluor-MS N-Glycan Eco Kits replace DMF with a greener, safer, alternative (DMSO), as a Reagent Solvent for the RapiFluor-MS Reagent Label and remove any other DMF containing solutions. The GlycoWorks RapiFluor-MS N-Glycan Eco Script Starter Kit contains the addition of a CD and Workstation requirements document that contains the script developed during verification testing when using a Tecan® Freedom EVO® 100/4 as well as a RFMS labeled standard, column and mobile phase concentrate which are the recommended for use with the RapiFluor-MS Library.
