XBridge Protein BEH SEC Column, 125Å, 2.5 µm, 4.6 mm X 150 mm Column, containing 2.5 µm particles are based on the same Waters Ethylene Bridged Hybrid (BEH)-based particle technology and diol-bonded surface coating as used in our successful line of HPLC-based SEC columns. They are best suited to separate proteins ranging from 1,000 – 80,000 Daltons. Each batch is specifically QC tested using Waters BEH125 SEC Protein Standard (p/n: 186006519) to help ensure consistent performance for challenging size-based protein separations.

Note: This XBridge Protein BEH SEC, 125Å Column is also available with a vial of BEH125 Protein Standard at no additional charge (p/n: 176004332)

Suggested Use: Gel Filtration, Size Exclusion Chromatography, Aggregate, Monomer and Fragment analysis
