The objective of this study was to evaluate the performance of the VICAM’s AflaTest WB SR+ column, using two separate HPLC/UPLC platforms, for the determination of aflatoxin B1, B2, G1, and G2 in difficult food matrices; three spices, cocoa, roasted coffee, dog food, and a Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), using a standardized testing procedure.
