This seminar has been given at many locations. It introduces Oasis HLB sorbent and its unique physical properties and advantages over traditional sorbents for SPE. A simple strategy is presented for sample preparation with examples using agrochemicals, pharmaceuticals, and environmental contaminants and their metabolites. Advanced strategies for difficult samples are also reviewed.
