Here we show MALDI imaging data acquired from rat brain sections from animals doped with Raclopride. Raclopride is a selective dopamine antagonist with a high affinity for dopamine type 2 (D 2) receptors. Thus raclopride is retained in the tissue as a result of binding to these receptors.
