A Universal Mass Spectrometry-Based System for Environmental Analysis using Q-Tof Mass Spectrometry Coupled with GCxGC and Atmospheric Pressure Chemical Ionization

  • How GCxGC, in combination with a fast scanning, high resolution Q-TOF instrument, can significantly reduce interferences in complex environmental samples.
  • The use of tandem mass spectrometry experiments to obtain structure diagnostic fragmentation and ion-molecule reactions that can aid in compound identification.
