It can be used with a variety of column chemistries and dimensions, and system hardware. Contains 5 mg/mL each of Diclofenac sodium salt, Diphenhydramine hydrochloride, and Flavone in DMSO.
This standard mix should be used to confirm the benchmark performance of your analytical HPLC or UPLC System. It is a significantly complex Quality Control (QC) Reference Material in that it contains compounds which could be challenging to separate. This standard is designed to provide this complexity and is appropriate when complex assays are routinely performed. It can be used with a variety of column chemistries and dimensions, and system hardware. The Reversed-Phase QC Reference Material contains 7 compounds including uracil, butyl paraben, naphthalene, propranolol, dipropylphthalate, acenaphthene, and amitriptyline at pH 7. This particular QC Reference Material is a specially formulated mix that includes a void marker, neutral, acidic, and basic compounds.
This standard is extremely versatile and appropriate for a vast variety of column chemistries and dimensions, and system hardware. It is adaptable to a wide variety of separation methods. The Neutrals QC Reference Material is a mixture of Acetone, Naphthalene and Acenaphthalene in 50/50 acetonitrile and water. It is specially formulated to provide system assessment information quickly and easily. These compounds are well-separated and provide good peak shape in UV at 254 nm on analytical chromatographic systems in good working order.
The HILIC QC Reference Material was designed as a standard to help benchmark this type of separation. It is a 4 component mix containing an un-retained void marker, a polar neutral compound and two polar basic compounds that provides a stable chromatographic separation for HILIC columns and was specifically designed as a batch test standard for ACQUITY UPLC® BEH HILIC Columns. It is packaged in a Waters Crimp Top vial for direct injection and contains 1 mL of each component in the below concentration in a matrix of 90% Acetonitrile/10% 100 mM Ammonium Formate pH 3.00.
