This course introduces you to the ACQUITY QDa detector hardware and operating principles in an Empower software environment. Students are shown ACQUITY QDa detector specific topics within the Empower software, such as instrument method settings and working with mass spectral data in the review window. Lab exercises are performed to practice and reinforce Empower MS data processing concepts needed to become successful with the QDa detector and Empower 3 software.

Empower software users who want to rapidly learn the capabilities of the ACQUITY QDa detector.
Attendee must be familiar with Empower Software using the Pro Interface. Knowing how to work with 3-dimensional chromatography data in Empower Software as well as an understanding of foundational LC/MS principles is helpful.
Customer cancellations will carry a surcharge. Courses are run with small numbers
for maximum effect. Cancellation/transfers within 3-4 weeks of the course start
date will incur a charge of 20% of the course fee, 2-3 weeks prior, 50% of
the course fee, 1 week prior, 100% of course fee.
Waters Corporation reserves the right to cancel any course 10 business days
prior to the course's start date, when minimum enrolment is not met.
