This course provides the user with the basic concepts of how the ACQUITY UPLC® System works. The lecture portion of covers HPLC and UPLC® chemistry, method transfer, the various options built into the ACQUITY UPLC System and how to use them to optimize separations. The course is taught from the Empower software platform. The hands on portion utilizes the console software to control the instrument, prepare it for running samples, and monitor system performance.
This course covers the Classic, H-Class & I-Class Systems.

The course is for users who want to push the limits of conventional HPLC and understand the chemistry and operating principles of the ACQUITY UPLC Systems. We recommend that you attend this course soon after you receive your ACQUITY UPLC System.

Attendees should be familiar with the basic principles of HPLC.

Cancellation is required 10 business days prior
to the start of a course to avoid 100% billing. If cancellation occurs with less
than 10 days notice, a credit will be held for one year. Waters Corporation reserves
the right to cancel any course when minimum enrollment is not met. If you have
registered for a course that has been cancelled by Waters Corporation you will
receive a full refund. Waters Corporation cannot be held responsible for the
purchase of non-refundable tickets or other costs incurred due to such a cancellation.

All dates are subject to change without notice,
please call to confirm course dates. Registration is on a first-come, first serve
basis. Courses will have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 6 enrolled. Attendees
should have a minimum of 6 weeks experience operating the instrument. Cancellation
of your reservation less than 4 weeks prior to course start date results in a
50% tuition charge. Courses with less than 3 participants enrolled 4 weeks prior
to start date will be cancelled. Instrument hardware and software used for training
purposes may be a different configuration or version than yours. For specific
information please feel free to contact us. *While every effort will be made
to accommodate customer training requirements, attendees should note that training
may be performed on a different version of hardware/software than that which
is being used in their lab. For specific information relating to the hardware/software
to be used during training, do not hesitate to contact us.

Registrations may be cancelled for any reason with a full refund if done so within 72 hours of purchase as long as no more than 25% of the course has been completed.
