Courses are billed immediately after completion of the course. Cancellation is required 10 business days prior to the start of a course. Cancellations after 10 business days prior to the start of the course will result in billing of 75% of the course price. Cancellation later than 5 business days prior to the start of the course will result in billing of 100% of the course price. Your reservation can be handed over to another person from you company/institution without further billing.
