LCGC Certified Clear Glass 12 x 32 mm Screw Neck Vial, with Cap and PTFE/Silicone Septum, 2 mL Volume, 100/pk
LCGC Certified Clear Glass 12 x 32 mm Screw Neck Vials are UV-tested by HPLC. This HPLC test is used to detect the minutest levels of chemicals used in the manufacturing and packaging process. These chemicals include lubricants, surfactants, antistatic agents, and antioxidants from the packaging. Each batch of vials is tested individually to ensure cleanliness. This test is conducted after the vials have been packaged for several days, to ensure any false positives or negatives are eliminated. In addition to this, a headspace GC test is conducted to check whether the silicone septa cured properly. The LCGC Certified Clear Glass 12 x 32 mm Screw Neck Vial is made using chemically-inert glass so that there is no interference with your analysis results.
The PFTE/Silicone septum of the LCGC Certified Clear Glass 12 x 32 mm Screw Neck Vial is ideal for multiple injections and sample storage. It exhibits excellent resealing characteristics which makes multiple injections possible. It can work between a very wide temperature range of -40 to 200 °C. This combined with the universal screw cap means that your samples and solvents remain safely stored, without any possible contamination, from outside or from the vial itself.
