Sep-Pak C18 35 cc Vac Cartridge, 10 g Sorbent per Cartridge, 55-105 µm, 10/pk

The Sep-Pak C18 35 cc Vac Cartridge contains the Sep-Pak C18 Sorbent, which is a silica-based bonded phase with strong hydrophobicity and primarily used to adsorb analytes of even weak hydrophobicity from aqueous solutions. The Monofunctional bonding of the Sep-Pak C18 35 cc Vac Cartridge sorbent provides alternate selectivity versus the tC18 sorbent. There are many applications of this cartridge, including drugs and their metabolites in serum, plasma, or urine, desalting of peptides, trace organics in environmental water samples, organic acids in beverages such as fruit juice and wine, lipid fractionation, and ganglioside isolation.

The Sep-Pak C18 sorbent is made using the most reproducible bonding technology available, utilizing monofunctional silane chemistry. This sorbent offers a unique selectivity and excellent recovery of analytes and is recommended as a general-purpose SPE phase for both polar and nonpolar analytes.

The Sep-Pak C18 35 cc Vac Cartridges are manufactured in state-of-the-art facilities, ensuring the highest quality industry standards, including ISO 9002, ISO 13485, and cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices). Each Sep-Pak C18 35 cc Vac Cartridge is a convenient, reproducible, and disposable solid-phase extraction (SPE) device for sample preparation. The packings are clean, dry, reproducible in activity and capacity.

The Sep-Pak C18 35 cc Vac Cartridge is shipped with 10pk per package, with the capacity of the cartridge to hold 16.8mL of volume and 10g of sorbent. The Sep-Pak C18 35 cc Vac Cartridge can be easily used within the pH range of 2 to 8.
