Product Description

The 1 cc flangeless Oasis MAX cartridges contain the Oasis MAX, which is a novel, mixed-mode polymeric sorbent that has been optimized to achieve higher selectivity and sensitivity for extracting acidic compounds with anion-exchange groups. Since the Oasis MAX sorbent is water wettable, it maintains its capability for higher retention and excellent recoveries even if the sorbent runs dry, which means there is no need to take extraordinary steps to keep the sorbent beds from drying out during the critical steps prior to sample loading. The flangeless configuration allows the cartridges to be closely packed for processing in specialized automated SPE systems.

The XSelect HSS T3 columns are completely scalable and transferrable to UPLC separations, and they have extremely minimal MS bleed. A seamless transition path to UPLC adoption is made possible by the inclusion of 2.5 m eXtended Performance [XP] columns in ultra-low dispersion hardware, which provides superior separation performance, resilience, and throughput for HPLC tests.

How Is Temperature Affecting Liquid Chromatography?

The analytes are either dissolved in the mobile phase of the chromatography or adsorbed to the stationary phase of the column in a sequence of equilibrium processes known as chromatography. If the temperature is higher, there is a quicker interchange of analytes between the mobile phase and the stationary phase. Hence, a faster analysis is achieved at higher temperatures.
