Sep-Pak tC18 96-well Plate, 25 mg Sorbent per Well, 37-55 µm, 1/pk
Sep-Pak tC18 96-well Plate is a convenient, reproducible, disposable solid-phase extraction (SPE) device for sample preparation. Manufactured in Waters ISO 13485 and ISO 9002-registered facility in compliance with cGMP guidelines for the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for Class 1 Medical Devices, the Sep-Pak tC18 96-well Plate is the most reliable and dependable lab equipment.
The Sep-Pak tC18 96-well Plate is molded from high-purity polypropylene. The wells of the Sep-Pak tC18 96-well Plate are filled with high-quality sorbent.
Well suited to high throughput laboratory applications, the innovative Sep-Pak tC18 96-well plate design is compatible with most liquid handling and SPE automation systems. Sep-Pak tC18 is a silica-based bonded phase with strong hydrophobicity. When compared to conventional C18 bonded phases, the Sep-Pak tC18’s trifunctional bonding chemistry gives it increased hydrolytic stability.
All Waters products are manufactured under the strictest quality standards in the industry including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Each CertifiedSep-Pak tC18 96-well Plate is thoroughly tested for quality to ensure you get reliable and consistent performance from your lab equipment.

How Are Reversed-Phase Packings Conditioned?
Reversed-phase silicas and nonpolar adsorption media usually are conditioned with a water-miscible organic solvent such as methanol, followed by water or an aqueous buffer. Methanol wets the surface of the sorbent and penetrates bonded alkyl phases, allowing water to wet the silica surface efficiently.
