Oasis HLB Online Column, 80Å, 25 µm, 2.1 mm X 20 mm, 1/pk
The Oasis HLB on-line column is made for robust, repeatable, and incredibly quick on-line SPE. The ubiquitous polymeric Oasis HLB sorbent, which is optimized for the extraction of a broad spectrum of analytes from different matrices, is present in the on-line column. With the suitable Waters narrow-bore analytical column, such as the XSelect, XBridge, SunFire, Atlantis, XTerra, or Symmetry column, the Oasis HLB on-line column is intended for use. The column is equipped with conventional HPLC column hardware and fittings.
By adopting a mixed-mode oasis sorbent, which has reversed-phase and ion-exchange capabilities for orthogonal sample preparation, the Oasis HLB is a multipurpose, reverse-phase sorbent that can boost sensitivity and give analyte specificity.
Equilibration and condition steps are necessary for regular solid-phase extraction procedures to guarantee that sorbents are ready for sample input. The sorbent must be wetted during the condition step in order for the liquid to enter the pores and be retained there. To get the sorbent ready for aqueous sample loading, it needs to be wetted and then equilibrated with an aqueous solution. The analytes can interact with the sorbent and are retained when loaded directly in an aqueous sample solution since the Oasis HLB is a water-wettable sorbent. Thus, using the Oasis HLB allows you to conduct your analysis with a greater degree of efficiency because it eliminates the need for equilibration and condition steps. As a result, your overall average solvent consumption is reduced by up to 70%, and your overall sample preparation time is decreased by 40%.
To ensure that you receive genuine Waters lab equipment and the lowest price on the market, we strongly advise you to shop for lab equipment directly from our website. Use the Waters catalog and website to read up on our most recent and prospective technological advancements.
We also advise you to review the Oasis Method Development Sorbent Selection Plate, 10 mg Sorbent per Well, 30 µm, 1/pk (MCX and WCX). This 96-well plate format contains 3 rows of each of the four Oasis mixed-mode, ion-exchange chemistries: strong and weak cation exchangers (MAX and WAX), as well as strong and weak anion exchangers. For determining the most effective methods to achieve efficient isolation of unidentified analytes, zwitterionic compounds, or mixtures of analytes with various retention/elution properties, you will find that having all Oasis ion-exchange sorbents in a single plate is really useful.
What Is The Process of Pesticide Analysis?
A thorough chemical and microbiological analysis used in a pesticide residue test reveals the amounts of pesticide residue in food items and gives food producers and manufacturers confidence in the contents in their products.
