Product Description

The Oasis MAX 96-well plate contains the Oasis MAX sorbent, which is a novel, mixed-mode polymeric sorbent that has been optimized to achieve higher selectivity and sensitivity for extracting acidic compounds with anion-exchange groups. The unique balance of hydrophobicity and water-wettability of the Oasis MAX sorbent means you will never have to worry about poor results if individual wells of the 96-well plate dry out during the critical steps prior to sample loading. The 60 µm particle size is recommended when working with viscous samples. The Oasis MAX 96-well plate is designed to be used on many manifold configurations and most robotic liquid handling systems.

Oasis MAX 96-well Plate, 60 mg Sorbent per Well, 60 µm, 1/pk

The Oasis MAX 96-well plate contains the Oasis MAX sorbent, which is a new, mixed-mode polymeric sorbent that has been developed for extracting acidic chemicals with anion-exchange groups with improved selectivity and sensitivity. Because of the Oasis MAX sorbent's unique mix of hydrophobicity and water-wettability, you'll never have to worry about bad results if individual wells of the 96-well plate dry out during the essential steps leading up to sample loading. When working with viscous substances, a particle size of 60 m is recommended. The Oasis MAX 96-well plate is compatible with a wide range of manifold designs as well as most robotic liquid handling systems.

The Oasis MAX 96-well Plate makes it simple to obtain the higher resolution, sensitivity, and throughput that scientists need from their systems. When you use this equipment in your lab, you'll be able to deliver analyses faster and with a far larger range of flow rates and back pressures. Furthermore, this technology provides higher throughput results with improved resolution and sensitivity. The technology was created with the goal of reducing time and cost per sample while maintaining high-quality findings in a chromatographic lab. Oasis MAX 96-well Plates are known for continuously delivering excellent quality and desired results in liquid chromatography. We recommend you also check out Ostro Protein Precipitation & Phospholipid Removal Plate, 25 mg, 1/pk; Ostro sample preparation products provide a novel solution for the cleanup of phospholipids in plasma and serum. Requiring minimal to no method development and using a simple protocol, the technology can be quickly implemented in order to optimize your laboratory's workflow. Providing cleaner, more reproducible extracts than competitive phospholipid devices or techniques, Ostro allows for more sensitive analyses, increased sample throughput, and reduced instrument downtime.

What Does Sensitivity Refer To Within Chromatography?

Sensitivity is a fundamental parameter that describes the signal output per unit concentration or mass of a substance in the mobile phase as it enters the detector. In concentration-sensitive detectors, sensitivity is often expressed as the ratio of peak height to analyte concentration within the peak. In mass-flow-sensitive detectors, sensitivity is defined as the ratio of peak height to unit mass. It is crucial for sensitivity to be independent of scale considerations, solely relying on the chemical measurement procedure to ensure its distinct performance attribute. The ability to detect and quantify an analyte is influenced by various instrumental and chemical factors that should be taken into account.
