Symmetry C8 Column, 100Å, 3.5 µm, 2.1 mm X 100 mm, 1/pk
With the assurance that symmetry columns provide long-term compliance with your HPLC procedures, symmetry columns continue to set and uphold the benchmark for HPLC drug testing. Symmetry Columns raise the performance bar for HPLC Columns. Through stringently controlled manufacturing techniques, the high-purity silica packed in these Analytical columns assures maximum performance.
C8 ligands are monofunctionally bonded on a high-purity base-deactivated silica in Symmetry C8 columns. Symmetry columns have the industry's tightest column parameters, resulting in highly reproducible chromatographic results. The column-to-column and batch-to-batch reproducibility of Symmetry Columns is unsurpassed. You will be able to achieve optimal repeatability and superior peak form in your experiment by using the Symmetry C8 Column.
The Symmetry C8 Column is made in Waters facilities that are cGMP, ISO9001, and ISO13485 certified, assuring the strictest conditions and rigorous control over each stage of the manufacturing process. This enables us to produce Symmetry C8 Columns in accordance with the most severe industry requirements, ensuring consistent results each and every time. The Symmetry C8 Column delivers consistent batch-to-batch results with minimal resolution variance and provides exceptional repeatability in your lab year over year.
Guards, vials, and elution plates are among the components compatible with the Symmetry C8 Column that are offered on our website. You can shop for lab equipment in real-time on the website and contact us with any questions. With your questions and concerns, you can contact a member of our team at one of our many offices throughout the world.
You should also look at the LCMS Certified Clear Glass 12 x 32 mm Screw Neck Vial, with Cap and Preslit PTFE/Silicone Septum, 2 mL Volume, 100/pk; The manufacturing methods and handling procedures for LCMS Certified vials are strictly supervised. They are mass spectrometer tested and come with a certificate of analysis displaying the reference and vial scan for the production batch.
What Is The Typical Time Needed To Change A Column?
Column changes are a valid method development tool in HPLC, and columns can be switched as needed. Attach the new column with a slow flow of solvent from the injector outlet line to fill the intake fitting of your column to avoid leaving air in the column entrance. Before adding a sample, we recommend flushing a column with at least six columns of a new solvent to re-equilibrate the column. Plan on ignoring the first injection, as the second, third, and subsequent injections will be repeatable.
