Spherisorb SAX Columns contain a silica-based quaternary ammonium bonded sorbent and are listed as USP L14 for use in anion-exchange separations. This column has a Parker-style end-fitting and a spherical particle shape. The inner diameter of each column is 4.6 mm and the length is 250 mm, with a particle size of 5 µm and a pore size of 80Å. Operating limits include a pH range of 2 pH to 8 pH and a maximum pressure of 6000 psi or 415 bar.
