What pH Range Is Most Compatible With The Spherisorb C8 Column?

The Spherisorb C8 Column works within an operating pH range of 2 - 8, and can withstand a maximum pressure of 6000psi (or 415 Bar). However, we do recommend not operating outside the recommended operating range, as it can impact the lifetime of the column among other factors such as the operating temperature and the type of buffer used.
