Spherisorb Amino (NH2) Column, 80Å, 5 µm, 4.6 mm X 150 mm, 1/pk

The Spherisorb Amino (NH2) Column is ideal for the majority of normal phase chromatography applications. The lab equipment contains silica-based aminopropyl bonded sorbent and is also ideal for the stationary phase of HILIC (Hydrophilic Interaction Chromatography) for polar chemical positive phase analysis. In addition to this, the Spherisorb Amino (NH2) Column can be used to analyze weak anion exchange as well as aqueous reversed-phase liquid phase analysis. The column is listed as USP L8 and is used for anion exchange, normal-phase, and HILIC separations.

Industry-standard end fittings are included with the Spherisorb Amino (NH2) Column. To connect the HPLC tubing to the analytical column, you will need a Parker-style compression screw and ferrule. Replace the ferrule on the connecting tube and set it to the Parker standard if your instrument is set up for Waters' columns.

The Spherisorb Amino (NH2) Column is the ideal lab equipment to meet your requirements if you require excellent versatility in improving processes and lowering solvent use. The silica-based chromatographic columns are intended to be general-purpose, long-lasting, and high-efficiency.

Add the Waters Spherisorb Amino (NH2) Column to your lab equipment collection to consistently fulfill the quality standards necessary for liquid chromatography. The Spherisorb Amino (NH2) Column, like all other Waters lab equipment, is made in a dedicated Waters chromatography chemistry manufacturing plant under the strictest cGMP, ISO 9002 conditions. The analytical column is constructed with only the purest reagents, and many tests are performed at each step to ensure that only the finest quality equipment is delivered to you.

The Waters Spherisorb Amino (NH2) Column combines the most important performance characteristics in one lab equipment: column efficiency, peak symmetry, column longevity, and column-to-column repeatability.
