The Spherisorb ODS1 Column is a dependable, general-purpose, silica-based, reversed-phase C18 column that has been carefully designed to handle a wide range of applications. By adding the Spherisorb ODS1 Column into your lab setup, you can meet all the liquid chromatography challenges of your lab.
The packing used in the manufacturing of the Spherisorb ODS1 Column has a low ligand density with a specified carbon load of 6.2%. This packing enables one to address four important performance features, including peak symmetry, column efficiency, column lifetime, and column-to-column reproducibility. We do recommend not operating outside the recommended operating range, as it can impact the lifetime of the column, among other factors such as the operating temperature and the type of buffer used.
