BioResolve SCX mAb Column with VanGuard FIT, 3 µm, 4.6 mm x 100 mm, 1/pk
BioResolve SCX mAb columns are 3 m corrosion-resistant columns that comprise non-porous polymer-based particles grafted with a multi-component network of negatively charged sulfonic acid ligands that have been thoroughly tuned. Using robust salt or pH gradient approaches, this unique column technology enables reproducible, high-resolution, charged-based separations of mAbs and other proteins in both LC and LC-MS applications. This package also incorporates VanGuard Fully Integrated Technology (FIT), which extends the life of the column without compromising biomolecule component resolution. Note: P/N176004348 includes all of the above, as well as one vial of the mAb Charge Variant Standard (P/N 186009065).
Take advantage of the BioResolve SCX mAb Column's unique features by incorporating it into your lab. With the BioResolve SCX mAb Column, you can simply increase peak capacity for better component resolution.
Waters manufactures the BioResolve SCX mAb Column, as well as other Waters equipment and packing material, in a cGMP, ISO 9001 certified facility using ultra-pure reagents. In addition to this, every BioResolve SCX mAb Column is individually tested, and a Performance Chromatogram and Certificate of Batch Analysis are included in the column box or on the eCordTM Intelligent Chip to ensure that you receive only high-quality products from us. The batch number, analysis of unbonded particles, analysis of bonded particles, and chromatographic results and conditions are all included in the Certificate of Analysis for each batch of packing material.
If you add the BioResolve SCX mAb Column to your lab's equipment, you will be able to execute studies at lower temperatures, resulting in less on-column sample degradation while still getting excellent results, independent of the LC method used. We provide a variety of BioResolve Columns to suit your needs. Our online store enables you to shop for lab equipment as per your needs.

What Does It Mean To Be In A Stationary Phase?
In liquid chromatography, the stationary phase is the separating medium that acts as a restraint on many of the components in a mixture, causing them to flow more slowly than the mobile phase.
