Product Description

The XBridge Peptide BEH C18 XP Column, 130Å, 2.5 µm, 3 mm X 100 mm columns are optimized and QC tested for peptide separations. The small-pore (130Å) trifunctionally bonded BEH particle offers the widest usable pH range, superior low pH stability, and ultra-low column bleed for proteomic, peptide mapping, and synthetic peptide applications. Each batch is specifically QC tested using a gradient separation of a tryptic digest of cytochrome c (p/n: 186006371) to before being QC accepted as a Peptide separation column.

Suggested Use: Peptide Separations, Peptide Analysis

XBridge Peptide BEH C18 XP Column, 130Å, 2.5 µm, 3 mm X 100 mm, 1/pk

You may rely on the analytical column for reliable synthetic peptide and protein digest separations from batch to batch. The XBridge Peptide BEH C18 Column is QC verified with a peptide map to ensure the stability of peptide separation processes. This is made achievable by using well-characterized, cutting-edge C18 ligand bonding techniques. It performs consistently with a wide range of samples used in proteomics, protein characterization, and peptide synthesis. The XBridge Peptide BEH C18 Column is created with procedures that ensure stable particle structure and bonding chemistry at increased temperatures and pH levels.

The small-pore (130) trifunctionally bonded BEH particle offers the widest useable pH range, better low pH stability, and ultra-low column bleed to test samples for proteomics, protein characterization, and peptide synthesis, so add it to your lab equipment collection. Waters Peptide Separation Technology (PST) was used to optimize the column, and it was QC tested for peptide separations. Synthetic particles provide the highest level of quality and consistency in performance.

The packing materials used in the XBridge Peptide BEH C18 Column are designed to offer good peak shape, high efficiency, and outstanding stability, and they are made in a cGMP, ISO 9002 accredited plant using ultra-pure reagents. In addition to this, each batch of XBridge Peptide BEH C18 Column material is validated with a peptide separation, with the results held within limited specification ranges. This is done to provide high, repeatable peptide separation performance.

Every column is tested, and a Performance Test Chromatogram is included in the box with each column, along with a Certificate of Acceptance.
