BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 4.6 mm X 150 mm, 3/pk
Method validation in reference to monoclonal antibody and antibody drug conjugate analysis requires a solution that prioritizes throughput and chromatographic resolution at every step of the process. Luckily for you, the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit has everything you need to perform successful biotherapeutic drug analysis, including three BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Columns with the same sorbent from three different sorbent batches and three vials each of the Intact mAb Mass Check Standard and mAb Subunit Standard. These standards can be used to verify system and instrument performance before proceeding with separations, plus having three columns gives you the flexibility to rapidly reproduce and move on to the next stage of your analytical process. Take your analyses to the next level when you add the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit to your lab’s toolkit.
For successful monoclonal antibody analysis to be completed, you need the rigidity and flexibility exhibited by the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column. This breakthrough ADC analysis tool has functionalized a group of superficially porous silica particles with a novel polyphenyl bonding process that makes it perfect for the LC-MS or LC analyses of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments. But even more than that, the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column can be used on all UHPLC, UPLC and HPLC systems, making it the perfect choice for method development.
The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column has one goal in mind: to provide the intact protein analysis of monoclonal antibodies and antibody drug conjugates by using a reversed-phase separation mode. But to achieve that, the novel polyphenyl bonding process must be used. This process even bestows this column with the power to prevent carryover effects and increase low pH stability for improved column lifetime. This is just another way we help you to maximize the resolving power and selectivity of various analyzed protein samples.
Protecting your precious separations and data from variability should always be at the forefront of your mind, especially when you’re rapidly reproducing separations to get to the next stage of method development. To help with this, we’re happy to provide the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge. This reusable guard cartridge removes contaminants in the mobile phase stream before they reach your analytical column. Equip your columns with this protection solution today to increase overall column lifetimes.

Can I Use Formic Acid with the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column?
You can, but we advise against it. Protein reversed-phase chromatography is inherently more robust when performed with a strong, ion-pairing additive, like TFA. Mobile phases based on a weak acid, such as formic acid, do not as effectively mitigate secondary interactions between a protein analyte and a column’s stationary phase and its hardware.
