Product Description

The first choice for reverse phase protein separation and analysis, BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 2.1 mm X 150 mm Columns contain 2.7 µm superficially-porous-silica particles having an average pore diameter of 450Å. The particles are functionalized with a proprietary polyphenyl bonding process that was specifically designed for LC or LC-MS analyses of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments. Each batch is qualified using a gradient separation of the Waters mAb Subunit Standard (p/n: 186008927).

This Method Validation Kit (MVK) Part Number contains (3) (p/n: 186008946) columns from (3) different manufactured batches.

Note: p/n: 176004160 includes the (3) (p/n: 186008946) columns from (3) different manufactured batches plus three vials of the Intact mAb Mass Check Standard (p/n: 186006552) and three vials of the mAb Subunit Standard (p/n: 186008927).

Suggested Use: Intact protein and mAb subunit analysis, Protein Analysis, ADC characterization, AAV, Antibody Conjugates

BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 2.1 mm X 150 mm, 3/pk

When you’re searching for the right solution for the method development for the separation of monoclonal antibodies and you need to use reverse-phase chromatographic techniques, the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Valdiation Kit is here to help. This breakthrough all-in-one mAb analysis kit contains everything you need for proper method development, including three BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Columns and three vials each of the Intact mAb Mass Check Standard and mAb Subunit Standard. These standards can be used to verify LC-MS system and instrument performance, plus the three columns are packed with sorbent from three different batches. When you’re developing methods and need to rapidly reproduce separations to validate your data, having three columns with the same sorbent from different batches can help increase overall confidence. Take your mAb analyses to the next level when you tell your lab manager to add the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Method Validation Kit to your procurement list, or order one and have it shipped directly to you today.

Successful method development requires chromatography columns that can overcome analytical challenges at various stages in your analytical workflow. For instance, after following the proper process for sample purification and preparation, there’s still a chance that contaminants can sneak their way through the mobile phase stream. To prevent such a thing from happening, add the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge to your workflow. This state-of-the-art column protection system is designed to remove those particulate contaminants in the mobile phase stream before they reach your column and cause contamination. Plus, since this cartridge is reusable, you can use it across multiple separations without needing to replace it.

The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Columns are designed to help you overcome every challenge inherent in biotherapeutic drug analysis. Part of how they do that is through the superficially-porous silica particles within the column, which are then functionalized by a novel polyphenyl bonding process that make them well-suited for the LC-MS or LC analysis of IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments. The high-coverage bonding helps to increase low pH stability as well, giving you the flexibility needed to perform successful method development.
