BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 3 mm X 150 mm, 1/pk
Add the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column to your lab to take advantage of its special features that make it a perfect piece of lab equipment. The analytical column can improve component resolution and peak capacity. The lab equipment also features little injection-to-injection carryover for increased analytical assurance.
With the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column, you can work at lower temperatures with minimal on-column sample degradation and yet achieve high performance regardless of the LC lab equipment used.
The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column from Waters is a brand-new method for examining whole proteins in mAbs and ADCs. Column-to-column chemistry of the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column can be used on UPLC, UHPLC, and HPLC platforms. The 2.7µm superficially porous silicon dioxide particles in the BioResolve RP mAb Columns have an average pore diameter of 450 Å. A unique polyphenyl bonding technique that was created especially for LC or LC-MS analysis of intact IgG monoclonal antibodies and their fragments are used to functionalize the particles.
The packing material for the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column is produced in a cGMP, ISO 9001-certified facility using incredibly pure reagents. Each batch of BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl material is qualified using the Waters mAb Subunit Standard (p/n: 186008927), and the results are held to certain specification ranges to ensure reproducible performance. In addition to this, the effectiveness of each column is assessed, and an eCord with a Performance Test Chromatogram and Certificate of Analysis is attached. The same information is also accessible to users of non-Waters LC systems who do not have an eCord reader.
We recommend that you also use the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl VanGuard Cartridge, 450Å, 2.7 µm, 3.9 mm X 5 mm, 3/pk in conjunction with the BioResolve analytical column to improve the quality of results by filtering out any unwanted particulate or chemical contaminants that may enter the mobile phase. The cartridge is made using the exact packing materials that are present in the column to ensure there is no degradation in performance. It also enhances the lifetime of the column.
What’s the Maximum Pressure the BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column Can Withstand?
The BioResolve RP mAb Polyphenyl Column can withstand pressures up to 10,000 PSI (689 Bar).
