CORTECS T3 Column, 120Å, 2.7 µm, 4.6 mm X 50 mm, 1/pk
To increase productivity and efficiency, use the CORTECS Solid Core T3 Column. To increase sample throughput, all that is necessary is to increase the method's flow rate. The CORTECS Solid Core T3 Column is compatible with 100% aqueous mobile phases and provides improved retention for both polar and nonpolar analytes.
When compared to fully porous particles of comparable particle size, the CORTECS Solid Core T3 Column reduces back pressure and improves resolution when evaluating complex samples. The CORTECS T3 columns are compatible with 100% aqueous mobile phases and provide strong retention for both polar and nonpolar analytes. The particle form offers superior efficiency and lower back pressure as compared to fully porous particles of comparable particle size. CORTECS T3 has a long lifespan, excellent peak form, and very little column MS bleed.
Utilize the CORTECS Solid Core T3 Column to expedite analysis without sacrificing effective separation. You can run more samples in the same amount of time using the CORTECS Solid Core T3 Column while using less lab equipment and waiting less time for results. In order to provide lab equipment of the highest standard that will consistently offer accurate and reproducible findings, every step of the CORTECS Solid Core T3 Column's production process is painstakingly controlled and supervised.

The CORTECS T3 columns offer high retention for both polar and nonpolar analytes and are compatible with 100% aqueous mobile phases. When compared to completely porous particles of comparable particle size, the particle shape provides excellent efficiency and lower back pressure. Long lives, superb peak form, and extremely little column MS bleed are all features of CORTECS T3.
How Should Filtration Be Done?
Before adding a sample to the syringe, draw around 1 mL of air into the device. This will enable the air to exit the syringe with the sample. The filter device's fluid retention is reduced by this "air purge." The filtered solution should now be injected into the syringe. Twist the filled syringe onto the filter device while holding the filter device in one hand without using excessive effort. Start the filtration process by applying light pressure.
