XSelect CSH Phenyl-Hexyl XP VanGuard Cartridge, 130Å, 2.5 µm, 2.1 mm X 5 mm, 3/pk
To ensure that your UPLC XBridge CSH C18 analytical columns last longer without sacrificing their chromatographic analytical performance, connect them to the XSelect CSH Phenyl-Hexyl XP VanGuard Cartridge. The cartridge removes chemical and particle contaminants while maintaining the UPLC, UHPLC, and HPLC separation performance of the columns. The lifespan and performance of analytical columns are improved by XSelect CSH Phenyl-Hexyl XP VanGuard Cartridges by removing particle pollution from the mobile phase stream.
The XSelect CSH Phenyl-Hexyl XP VanGuard Cartridge was created especially for use with Waters UPLC columns in reversed-phase liquid chromatography. Due to the architecture of the VanGuard Cartridge, it can be quickly and easily connected to the intake side of a Waters XBridge UPLC Column. All of the XSelect CSH analytical columns with 2.1 mm I.D. and 2.5 µm sorbent particles are protected by the lab equipment indicated above. You can choose from a variety of lab equipment from Waters, including analytical and preparative columns, standards, vials, and cartridges, so that you are prepared to perform chromatographic analysis.
The XSelect CSH Phenyl-Hexyl XP VanGuard Cartridge is one of the first guard column devices designed exclusively for everyday use and can sustain high pressures in applications run on the ACQUITY UPLC System when used in conjunction with your analytical column. This lab equipment has Waters' patented BEH Technology C18, 130 pore size, and 2.5 µm particles. To guarantee consistent performance and longer analytical column life, each batch of the XSelect CSH Phenyl-Hexyl XP VanGuard Cartridge is Q.C. tested using a peptide map. This ensures that the lab equipment will continue to function in the same manner for the duration of its lifespan.
We recommend that you also explore and invest in the LCGC Certified Clear Glass 12 x 32 mm Screw Neck Vial, with Cap and Preslit PTFE/Silicone Septum, 2 mL Volume, 100/pk, to store your samples and analytes. These vials are made to meet the requirements of LC/GC certification and to take into account all aspects of use, including volatility, tray design, and needle design. An HPLC test is performed on every vial to check for traces of compounds introduced during processing and manufacture.
The better resealing properties of the PTFE/Silicone septum will help with repeated injections and sample storage. These vials have PTFE chemical resistance up until rupture, at which point the silicone chemical compatibility of the septum kicks in. This permits operating temperatures between -40 C and 200 C.
