XBridge BEH SEC Columns are flow and pressure tolerant and have the ability to separate proteins between 10,000 and 450,000 Daltons, allowing for increased sample throughput on HPLC systems compared to traditional, silica-based SEC columns with particles below 5 µm.

What Protein Standard Should I Use with XBridge Protein BEH SEC Columns?
Each XBridge Protein BEH SEC Column is shipped with a lyophilized vial of the appropriate BEH SEC Protein Standard Mix. These are the same protein standard formulation used by Waters manufacturing to ensure SEC Column reproducibility between batches. These same standards can be purchased through Waters, allowing chromatographers to use these same materials to benchmark new SEC columns or troubleshoot issues that may have arisen in a validated method. If repurchasing, be sure to choose the standard that matches the pore and particle size of your column.
