What Pressure Can Be Used With The XSelect CSH C18 Prep Guard Cartridge?
The XSelect CSH C18 Column is designed to withstand a pressure of 6000 psi (or 415 Bar) along with a particle size of 10 µm and pore size of 130 Å. However, it is always recommended to not cross the maximum range to ensure the best possible column lifetime and effectiveness.
The recommended temperature for your equipment is 80 C under Low pH conditions and 45 C in high pH conditions.
