How does the XTerra MS C18 Prep Guard Cartridge work?
The cartridge itself is installed between the mobile phase injector and prep column. But to properly install the XTerra MS C18 Prep Guard Cartridge, you also need the correct Cartridge Holder. A cartridge holder is required, as the guard cartridge doesn’t hold itself up when placed between the column and injector.
