Product Description

This method validation kit consists of three Xbridge BEH Amide columns packed with three different batches of sorbent. XBridge BEH Amide columns retain extremely polar compounds, including carbohydrates and sugars. XBridge Amide columns offer you a chemically stable, trifunctionally bonded amide phase that is stable from pH 2 to 11 to enable the separation of polar analytes spanning a wide range of polarity, structural moiety and pKa. Packed in ultra-low dispersion hardware, 2.5 µm eXtended Performance [XP] columns enable exceptional separation performance, robustness and throughput for HPLC assays while enabling a seamless transition path toward UPLC adoption.

XBridge BEH Amide Method Validation Kit, 130Å, 2.5 µm, 4.6 mm X 150 mm, 3/pk

In order to provide remarkable stability and adaptability in HILIC separations lab equipment, the XBridge BEH Amide Method Validation Kit, which is based on Waters' novel ethylene bridged hybrid (BEH) particle, uses a chemically stable, trifunctionally bonded amide phase. In order to preserve and separate highly polar compounds in HILIC stationary phases, Waters created this capacity. Scientists may easily transfer separations between HPLC and UPLC technology platforms since the XBridge Glycan BEH Amide Column has the same selectivity as the ACQUITY UPLC BEH Amide columns.

Retaining highly polar compounds like sugars and carbohydrates requires the Waters XBridge BEH Amide Method Validation Kit. The lab equipment enables the separation of polar analytes according to a variety of factors, including polarity, structural moiety, and pKa. A trifunctionally connected, chemically stable amide phase that is stable over a broad pH range is provided by the XBridge BEH Amide Method Validation Kit.

To ensure uniformity from batch to batch and nearly similar separated glycan profiles, each batch of BEH Glycan material undergoes quality control testing using the 2-AB labeled Waters Glycan Performance. In addition, chromatographers can now choose the best LC-based technology to meet their specific application needs for individually released glycan analysis, as well as laboratory equipment to guarantee very comparable results. Three highly scalable particle sizes of the Waters BEH-based glycan chemistry are offered to accommodate UPLC and HPLC applications. Through our online store, you may find out more about the many lab equipment options. The online store also enables you to buy lab equipment directly from us and match appropriate goods for the optimal analytical experience.

We recommend that you employ the XBridge BEH Amide XP VanGuard Cartridge, 130Å, 2.5 µm, 3.9 mm X 5 mm, 3/pk, along with the column in order to get more accurate results while increasing the lifetime of the column.

Across What pH Range Does The XBridge BEH Amide Method Validation Kit Operate?

The Waters XBridge BEH Amide Method Validation Kit listed here is able to conduct analysis within the 2-11 pH range.

Is There A Maximum Pressure Recommended For The XBridge BEH Amide Method Validation Kit?

This particular XBridge BEH Amide Method Validation Kit is able to tolerate a maximum of 10,000 psi (690 Bar) pressure.
