Product Description

This method validation kit consists of three Xbridge BEH Amide columns packed with three different batches of sorbent. XBridge BEH Amide columns retain extremely polar compounds, including carbohydrates and sugars. XBridge Amide columns offer you a chemically stable, trifunctionally bonded amide phase that is stable from pH 2 to 11 to enable the separation of polar analytes spanning a wide range of polarity, structural moiety and pKa. Packed in ultra-low dispersion hardware, 2.5 µm eXtended Performance [XP] columns enable exceptional separation performance, robustness and throughput for HPLC assays while enabling a seamless transition path toward UPLC adoption.

XBridge BEH Amide Method Validation Kit, 130Å, 2.5 µm, 2.1 mm X 150 mm, 3/pk

The Waters ethylene bridged hybrid (BEH) particle, which uses a chemically stable, trifunctionally linked amide phase to give exceptional stability and versatility in HILIC separations lab equipment, is used in the XBridge BEH Amide Method Validation Kit. Waters created this capability as a creative solution to the problem of maintaining and separating very polar chemicals in HILIC stationary phases. The selectivity of the XBridge BEH Amide Column is equivalent to that of the ACQUITY UPLC BEH Amide columns. This makes it possible for scientists to move separations between the HPLC and UPLC technology platforms with ease.

With its 2.5 µm particle size and 130 pore size, the product on this list is especially well suited for the analysis of carbohydrates. It allows for high resolution and high-speed analysis in complicated sample matrices while retaining or enhancing chromatographic resolution. To get lab equipment that is genuine and offered at the lowest prices on the market, please consult our product catalog or online store.

Three Xbridge BEH Amide columns filled with three separate batches of sorbent make up this technique validation kit. Extremely polar molecules, such as sugars and carbohydrates, are retained by XBridge BEH Amide columns. To enable the separation of polar analytes covering a wide range of polarity, structural moiety, and pKa, XBridge Amide columns provide you with a chemically stable, trifunctionally linked amide phase that is stable throughout a wide pH range

We recommend that you also explore the XBridge BEH Amide XP VanGuard Cartridge, 130Å, 2.5 µm, 2.1 mm X 5 mm, 3/pk. The cartridge is manufactured using the exact packing materials that are present in the XBridge BEH Amide Method Validation Kit. The cartridge functions by removing unwanted chemical or particulate matter from the mobile phase. This increases the accuracy of the analytical results and also extends the lifetime of the columns.
