Depend on the XBridge BEH C18 XP Column to deliver one of the most critical factors for method reliability: reproducible column performance. The XBridge BEH C18 XP Column will give you the same performance throughout its life as it will on the first day. This is because the manufacturing process is tightly controlled and closely monitored to ensure that you get exceptional product reproducibility. Tests are conducted at each step of the process from raw material characterization to final batch analysis so you get performance column-to-column, batch-to-batch, and year-to-year.

Maximize your productivity with the XBridge BEH C18 XP Column. With the XBridge BEH C18 XP Column, you get improved pH stability and increased column lifetime, eliminating the need to constantly upgrade or replace lab equipment. You can maximize particle efficiency to get unmatched peak shape and peak capacity using the XBridge BEH C18 XP Column. This means whether your goal is to create a quality control method or to develop a leading-edge LC/MS assay, the XBridge BEH C18 XP Column is the ideal lab equipment for it.

Meet the most demanding chromatographic challenges with the XBridge BEH C18 XP Column as it has been designed to have superior pH stability over the widest pH range of 0-12 and deliver high efficiency.

Protect your analytical XBridge BEH C18 XP Column and ensure that it lasts a long time by using the XBridge BEH C18 XP VanGuard Cartridge, 130Å, 2.5 µm, 3.9 mm X 5 mm, 3/pk. The VanGuard pre-column is a piece of lab equipment that has been designed to work specifically with the analytical column to protect it from any contamination through the mobile phase. This means that the analytical column does not need to be replaced after a short duration, and you get reliable results for a long time.

How Does GPC (Gel Permeation Chromatography) Work?

In principle, the molecules in the solution are separated by their "effective size in solution" in GPC. To prepare a sample for GPC analysis the resin is first dissolved in an appropriate solvent. The dissolved resin is injected into a continually flowing stream of solvent (mobile phase) inside the gel permeation chromatography. The mobile phase flows through millions of highly porous, rigid particles (stationary phase) tightly packed together in a column. The pore sizes of these particles are controlled and available in a range of sizes.
