XBridge BEH C18 XP Column, 130Å, 2.5 µm, 4.6 mm X 100 mm, 1/pk
Maximize your productivity with the XBridge BEH C18 XP Column that has been designed specifically for increasing your lab throughput. Whether your goal is to create a quality control method or to develop a cutting-edge LC/MS assay, the XBridge BEH C18 XP Column will be sufficient to meet your needs. The lab equipment provides improved pH stability which results in extended column lifetimes, and reduced lab cost as fewer pieces of equipment will need to be replaced. With the analytical column, you can also leverage assay ruggedness and enhance column reliability. Moreover, by maximizing particle efficiency, the XBridge BEH C18 XP Column offers excellent peak shape and peak capacity.
The sorbent used in the XBridge BEH C18 XP Column can be used over an entire range of mobile phase pH (1-12), making it a workhorse for HPLC method development. The trifunctionally bonded C18 ligand provides you with a universal column for most HPLC separations and gives you the widest usable pH range, superior low pH stability, and ultra-low column bleed. The 2.5 µm eXtended Performance [XP] column enables exceptional separation performance, robustness, and throughput for HPLC assays while enabling a seamless transition path toward UPLC adoption, as it is packed in ultra-low dispersion hardware. It is also designed to tolerate higher pressures of 9000 psi while delivering excellent results.
As the XBridge packing utilizes proprietary procedures for bonding and end-capping, its ligand stability and chromatographic reproducibility at low pH enable it to show very little retention loss or peak shape degradation when compared to columns with conventional packing materials. This also means that the XBridge BEH C18 XP Column gives exceptional column lifetime without resorting to sterically hindering the stationary phase. The XBridge BEH C18 XP Column is highly durable under high pH conditions as well, as it combines the BEH particle synthesis process with advanced bonding and end-capping technologies, resulting in a highly coveted piece of lab equipment.
You can shop for lab equipment such as the VanGuard Cartridge Holder, 1/pk, directly from our website. The VanGuard Cartridge provides an unprecedented ease of use along with an ultra-low dispersion format. VanGuard Fully Integrated Technology (FIT) is designed to address the restrictions of traditional column design, allowing for sound connections to be made in a simple and reproducible manner while reducing extra-column volume.
What pH Range Can The XBridge BEH C18 XP Tolerate?
The XBridge BEH C18 XP works well within the operating pH range of 0-12.
