Product Description

ACQUITY BEH HILIC columns contain unbonded BEH substrate and are designed to retain and separate very polar compounds. These unique columns are optimized and tested to produce efficient, reproducible separations under HPLC HILIC conditions. More rugged than silica based HILIC phases, the BEH particle’s chemical stability results in long column lifetimes.

ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC Column, 130Å, 1.7 µm, 2.1 mm X 75 mm, 1/pk

ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC columns, which are designed to retain and separate very polar compounds, use unbonded BEH substrate. These one-of-a-kind columns have been created and validated to achieve efficient, repeatable separations in HPLC HILIC environments. The chemical stability of the BEH particle makes it more durable than silica-based HILIC phases, resulting in longer column lifetimes.

The ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC Column employs Hydrophilic-Interaction Chromatography (HILIC), a supplemental chromatographic technology that can successfully improve the retention of extremely polar species. Furthermore, for polar and ionizable chemical combinations, it possesses an orthogonal separation mode. This is accomplished by eluting analytes in decreasing order of hydrophilicity utilizing a polar stationary phase and a low-aqueous, acetonitrile-rich mobile phase.

To achieve exceptional levels of efficiency, peak symmetry, and chemical stability, use the ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC Column. The analytical column has very low and high pH stability for very polar analytes. The ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC Column provides the user with a wide pH range in the mobile phase (1-9). Furthermore, the analytical column has an operating pressure of up to 18,000 psi for greater analysis (1240 bar).

ACQUITY BEH HILIC columns with an unbonded BEH substrate are used to retain and separate highly polar compounds. These one-of-a-kind columns have been created and tested to provide efficient, reliable separations in HPLC HILIC environments. The chemical stability of the BEH particle makes it more durable than silica-based HILIC phases, resulting in longer column lifetimes.

The one-of-a-kind ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC Column has been designed and proved to deliver efficient, dependable separations in HPLC HILIC settings. Unbonded BEH substrates are used in the lab equipment, which is designed to retain and separate very polar molecules. Combining silica-based HILIC phases with the chemical stability of BEH particles results in long column lifetimes. Use the ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC Column to influence ionizable compound retention, selectivity, and sensitivity. The packing materials used in the ACQUITY UPLC BEH HILIC Column were specifically designed for use with the ACQUITY UPLC System, resulting in exceptional performance.
