Atlantis T3 Column, 100Å, 3 µm, 4.6 mm X 50 mm, 1/pk

Atlantis T3 columns are universal, silica-based, reversed-phase C18 columns that provide balanced retention of polar and hydrophobic molecules and should be your first choice when developing separations of polar and non-polar compounds.

The sophisticated T3 bonding technology, which uses a trifunctional C18 alkyl phase bonded at a ligand density that optimizes polar chemical retention and aqueous mobile phase compatibility, is used to create the Atlantis T3 Column. The patented T3 end-capping technology is far more successful than ordinary trimethyl silane (TMS) end-capping. Superior polar component retention and water compatibility are achieved due to the unique end-capping and T3 bonding combination. Additionally, it improves column performance, longevity, peak shape, and stability.

The Atlantis T3 Column is a great alternative to typical C18 reversed-phase LC columns since it retains and selects neutral, hydrophobic chemicals as well as polar analytes and performs better over a wider pH range. Like all Waters equipment, the Atlantis T3 Column is manufactured to the highest standards using the strictest quality control measures.

The Waters Atlantis T3 Column is a universal silica-based, reversed-phase C18 column that enables you to retain and separate highly polar chemicals across a wide pH range. The column is also appropriate lab equipment because it is engineered to last longer at low pH. At pH 7, it also improves the peak shape of amine-containing bases.

To ensure that your analytical column lasts a long time, invest in the Atlantis Silica T3 VanGuard Cartridge, 100Å, 3 µm, 3.9 mm X 5 mm, 3/pk. The VanGuard Cartridge is attached to the analytical column and protects it by eliminating any chemical and particle pollutants from the mobile phase. It is designed to work specifically with the Atlantis T3 Column.

Is There a pH Limitation For The Waters Atlantis T3 Column?

The Atlantis T3 Column listed here is able to deliver results well within the 2-8 pH range.

What Is The Maximum Pressure That The Atlantis T3 Column Can Tolerate?

This particular Atlantis T3 Column is designed to be able to sustain up to 6000 psi (415 Bar) pressure.
